Warranty Policy

We, Sunup Healthcare (SG) Pte Ltd, provide product warranty to to be free from manufacturing defects under normal use when purchased any of the brands of products from official stores or an authorized retailer/dealer in Singapore.                                                                               

To be eligible for warranty coverage, you shall have to register the product within 3 days of Goods received.

The warranty period varies by brands as listed below:                                                                                     

  • Chicco: 1 year
  • RECARO Kids: 2 years
  • Nissei: 2 years

Terms & Conditions

  1. The product warranty is extended to the original purchaser, excluding any products purchased through unauthorised retailers or dealers for which no warranties are made.
 
  1. Liability under this warranty is limited to repairing and/ or replacing manufacturing defective products only. The warranty DOES NOT cover wear and tear, only manufacturer defects for the periods specified.
 
  1. Manufacturing defects refer to the faulty mechanism which affects the usability, safety, and performance of the products.
 
  1. If the problem Is not covered by this warranty or not within the warranty period, the consumer must pay for all related expenses associated with the services rendered including shipping cost.
 
  1. Under the following circumstances, parts and labour costs will be chargeable even during the warranty period. The warranty DOES NOT extend to the followings:-
    • The product has not been installed, maintained, or operated in accordance with instruction given by manufacturer.
    • Normal wear and tear damaged while in transit; damage from the use of accessories or non-original parts; disassembled by any unauthorized third party.
    • Defect caused by fire, lightning, electrical disturbance, accidents, and other natural disasters or due to deviation from recommended application and installation.
    • Lost or stolen items/parts. For missing items, there will be charges on the cost of parts and shipping of the parts that are missing.
    • The serial number/ model’s name of the product has been altered, tampered with, or removed.
 
  1. During the limited warranty period, product components such as parts, accessories, or fabrics, may be discontinued or modified. This may result in replacement or repaired parts different from purchased model.
