WARRANTY POLICY

We, PT Sunup Health Care, provide a product warranty to protect against manufacturing defects to customers who purchase our products from official stores or authorized retailers in Indonesia.

To be eligible for warranty coverage, you must register your product within 7 days of Goods received.

The warranty period varies by brand as listed below:

  • Chicco: 1 year
  • RECARO Kids: 2 years
  • Osann: 1 year
  • Tanita: 1 year
  • SD Biosensor: 3 years
  • Microlife: 1 year – Lifetime Warranty (Depending on Product)
  • BEBE’ AMICO: 1 year

Terms & Conditions

  1. The Warranty Policy is extended to the original purchaser of our products, except for products purchased through unauthorized retailers.
 
  1. This warranty is limited to repairing and/or replacing products with manufacturing defects only. The warranty DOES NOT cover wear and tear and only covers defects due to manufacturing issues within the specified period.
 
  1. Manufacturing defects refer to faulty mechanisms that affect the usability, safety, and performance of the products.
 
  1. If the claimed damage is not covered by this warranty policy or is not within the warranty period, the purchaser must bear all related expenses associated with the services provided, including shipping costs.
 
  1. Under the following circumstances, spare part and labor costs will be charged both during and after the warranty period. The warranty DOES NOT cover the following:
    • The product has not been installed, maintained, or operated according to the instructions given by the manufacturer.
    • Damage due to wear and tear; damage from the use of non-original accessories or spare parts; or products that have been disassembled by a third party.
    • Damage caused by fire, lightning, electrical disturbances, accidents, and other natural disasters, or due to deviations from recommended application and installation.
    • Lost or stolen items/parts. For missing items, there will be charges for the cost of spare parts and shipping.
    • The serial number or model name of the product has been altered, tampered with, or removed.

  1. During the warranty period, product components such as spare parts, accessories, or fabrics may be discontinued or modified. This may result in replacement or repaired parts that differ from the originally purchased model.
